Image
If you have been following the news this week, you may have heard it was Bell Let's Talk Day yesterday (January 28).  Check out this story about Ottawa Redblack's Nick Arbuckle, and the meaning of a very special quilt his mother made for him during her struggle with mental health. This is an excellent example of quilt as an archive of memory and love, but also as a meaningful reminder of the importance of talking about and raising awareness of mental illness.    Nick Arbuckle: The Quilt
